Materials
Quality external grade acrylic with a matte or a brushed metallic finish. The metallics give you the look of real metal without the weight, the rust or the upkeep.
Two layers of weather-resistant acrylic, 6mm overall, cut and layered to give a three-dimensional finish with real depth and contrast from the street.
No vinyl lettering that peels.

CARE
Warm water and a soft cloth. That's genuinely it.
Never use methylated spirits, acetone, window cleaner or anything with ammonia in it. Acrylic crazes, which is a network of fine cracks across the surface, and once it starts you can't undo it. No scourers or magic erasers either.
Salt or road grime after a while? A drop of dishwashing liquid in warm water will shift it.

Free Australia wide on orders over $100. Under that it's a flat rate, calculated at checkout.
Local? Pick it up from the workshop at 3/3 Dual Ave, Warana, Monday to Thursday, 9am to 2pm.Made to order.
Every sign is cut for you, so nothing is sitting on a shelf. Allow 5 to 7 working days to make it, then transit on top.
Got a handover date or a deadline? Tell us before you order and we'll confirm in writing whether we can hit it.
Returns
If something's wrong
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery, including the packaging if it's transit damage. The sooner the better, because courier claims have tight windows. We'll remake it. No argument, no charge, and you don't need to send it back.
This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
Your sign has your address on it, so we can't resell it and we can't accept a return for change of mind. That's why we send a proof before anything goes near the laser. Check the spelling, check the font, check the layout.
