Australia-Wide Shipping

At Sunshine Coast House Signs, every sign is custom designed and manufactured in our Sunshine Coast workshop before being carefully packaged and shipped Australia-wide.

We take great pride in ensuring your order arrives safely and ready to install.

Production Times

As every house sign is made to order, production typically takes 7 business days from artwork approval.

Please note that larger orders, bulk purchases or highly customised designs may require additional production time. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you with an updated production schedule.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on orders of $150 AUD or more

Standard Shipping: Flat Rate $20 AUD (3 to 5 business days)

Express Shipping: Flat Rate $30 AUD (1 to 2 business days)

Local Pickup

Local? Collect your sign free from our workshop at Unit 6, 3 Dual Avenue, Warana QLD 4575, Monday to Thursday, 8am to 3pm. We'll let you know when it's ready.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Please allow additional time during:

Peak shopping periods
Public holidays
Severe weather events
Regional or remote deliveries

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our workshop.

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
