Light up your address with a slimline LED house number and street name sign, made in Australia from UV stable acrylic, with nothing in it to rust.

Choose your face. Matte black, or brushed silver, gold or copper. Your number, the rule and your street name are cut through the face and lit from behind, so they glow warm white or cool white at night and read white during the day.

Number across the top, one fine rule beneath it, then your street name and street type together on a single line along the bottom.

Our best seller. The rule holds a line between the number and the street name, so it stays balanced however long your address runs.

Hardwire it or plug it in. It runs on safe 12V. Have a licensed electrician hardwire it to a 12V supply, or add our plug-in 12V LED driver for $55 and put it up yourself wherever there's a power point nearby.

Invisible standoffs included. The sign floats off the wall on hidden fixings. A 20mm opal section runs around the middle of the sign, so the light glows out the sides in a halo as well as through your number, rule and street name.

Enter your details below to preview your sign. We fine-tune the artwork so it sits in proportion and send you a mockup to approve before we make it. The preview adds a soft dark outline so your lettering is easy to see. It won’t be on your finished sign.

Colours can look slightly different on your screen, and brushed finishes shift with the light. The pictures are taken in the dark to show the lighting, so the sign looks different by day and the glow depends on how dark it is where you put it. Your finished sign will vary a little from the pictures and the preview.
Materials and care

UV stable acrylic face in matte black, or brushed silver, gold or copper, over a 20mm opal section and a sealed LED panel rated for outdoor use. Whatever is cut out of the face lights up from behind in warm white or cool white, and the opal section glows out the sides in a halo. There's nothing in it to rust, so it suits the coast, and no vinyl lettering to peel.

Care
Warm water and a soft cloth. That's genuinely it.
Never use methylated spirits, acetone, window cleaner or anything with ammonia in it. Acrylic crazes, which is a network of fine cracks across the surface, and once it starts you can't undo it. No scourers or magic erasers either.
Salt or road grime after a while? A drop of dishwashing liquid in warm water will shift it.
Power and installation

Your sign runs on safe 12 volt power. Inside is a strip of LEDs that lights your lettering from behind, in warm white or cool white.

Two ways to power it. Pick one in the Power option above.

Sign only, for hardwiring. You'll need a 12V system in place, or a licensed electrician to install one and hardwire your sign. Never connect the sign straight to 240 volts.

Sign + plug-in 12V LED driver, add $55. We send the right driver for your design. It plugs straight into a normal 240 volt power point and steps the power down to 12 volts, with 2m of cable. The driver is waterproof (IP67 rated).

We recommend keeping the driver and plug in a weatherproof outdoor electrical box, available at any local hardware store.

Ordering and delivery

1. Order online. Pick your design, size and colours, and type in your address.

2. Your mockup. We email you a mockup of your sign within 2 business days.

3. You approve it. Check the spelling, the font and the layout. Nothing gets cut until you say yes.

4. We make it. Allow up to 7 business days once you've approved it.

5. Delivery or pickup. Free shipping Australia wide over $150, or pick it up from the workshop in Warana.

Under $150, shipping is a flat rate, calculated at checkout. Pickup is from Unit 6, 3 Dual Avenue, Warana, Monday to Thursday, 8am to 3pm.

Got a handover date or a deadline? Tell us before you order and we'll confirm in writing whether we can hit it.
Returns and warranty

If something's wrong
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery, including the packaging if it's transit damage. The sooner the better, because courier claims have tight windows. We'll remake it. No argument, no charge, and you don't need to send it back.
This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind
Your sign has your address on it, so we can't resell it and we can't accept a return for change of mind. That's why we send a mockup before anything goes near the laser. Check the spelling, check the font, check the layout.

Warranty
Every sign has a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects and material faults under normal residential use, from the day you receive it. That's on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Full details are in our refund policy.
