2-Year Warranty
All Sunshine Coast House Signs products are backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and material faults under normal residential use.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when the product has been installed and maintained as intended.
Our warranty does not cover:

Damage caused during installation

Incorrect installation or misuse

General wear and tear
-
Damage caused by accidents, vandalism or extreme weather events

Damage resulting from improper care or maintenance

Normal ageing or fading caused by environmental conditions beyond the intended use of the product
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:

Clear photographs of the product

Photographs of the packaging if it was damaged during transit
Once we've assessed your claim, we'll arrange a repair or replacement where appropriate at no additional cost.
Returns & Refunds
As every Sunshine Coast House Sign is custom made to order, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect colours, sizes or finishes selected during ordering

Incorrect address details, spelling or information supplied by the customer

Artwork that has been approved prior to production
Please carefully review your artwork proof and order details before approving production, as every sign is manufactured specifically for your order.
